As a Project Manager, you’ll play a critical role in the coordination and execution of strategic pharmaceutical implementation initiatives that ultimately help deliver life-changing treatments to patients worldwide. You will work across diverse stakeholder groups, apply best-in-class methodologies, and take ownership of high-value project plans ensuring successful and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Associate Project Manager to develop consistent, scalable project management methodologies.

• Manage key project milestones, including site floor plans and snagging lists, ensuring timely sign-offs.

• Lead communications and coordination with cross-functional stakeholders to streamline implementation and improve customer satisfaction.

• Provide support in solution design processes, offering value-added proposals to enhance delivery outcomes.

• Take charge of full lifecycle project planning – from tender award to execution, including timelines and product logistics.

• Facilitate site-based meetings with clients to ensure continued progress and alignment.

• Serve as a primary escalation point for addressing and resolving complex implementation challenges.

• Establish and nurture strong relationships with internal teams, third-party vendors, and client stakeholders.

• Provide clear communication around project updates, changes, and risk management to stakeholders and senior leadership.

• Coordinate internal teams to ensure comprehensive, actionable project plans are developed and executed.

• Identify and address critical project risks, offering timely resolutions and strategic guidance.
