Description:
This hybrid role sits at the crossroads of delivery leadership, stakeholder engagement, and process analysis, making it a perfect fit for someone with a solid grounding in software delivery and a passion for optimising professional services workflows.
What you’ll be doing:
- Oversee delivery timelines, sprint planning, and resource coordination across an agile team
- Facilitate daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and reviews
- Ensure risks and progress are communicated clearly to stakeholders
- Remove delivery blockers and help the team stay aligned with priorities
- Collaborate with legal and operational teams to gather and analyse requirements
- Map complex processes into user stories, workflows, and platform configurations
- Maintain and prioritise the product backlog in partnership with product leadership
- Assist with QA, UAT, and acceptance testing to validate features before release
- Lead a close-knit agile team of up too 5 people
- Encourage delivery excellence, continuous improvement, and strong communication
- Contribute to a high-performance team culture based on trust and ownership
What we’re looking for:
- Experience in a combined PM/BA role, ideally within SaaS or platform environments
- Proven ability to lead agile delivery teams and manage full product cycles
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Solid understanding of the SDLC and agile tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence)
A plus:
- Background in the legal sector (law firm, legal ops, or vendor)
- Familiarity with workflows like matter management, onboarding, billing, or compliance
- Exposure to low-code or automation platforms (AI-powered tools a plus)
- Working knowledge of Microsoft technologies (Dynamics, Azure, SharePoint, Power Platform)
