Your Key Responsibilities
 

  • Working closely with cross-functional teams (including product managers, data scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders) to shape, structure, and execute robust delivery plans aligned with our Objectives and Key Results (OKRs)
  • Acting as the single source of truth for delivery progress, providing clear, structured, and data-driven transparency on milestones, velocity, and key performance indicators to senior stakeholders
  • Driving common delivery methodologies and agile ways of working across the Applied AI Shared Services stream to optimize throughput and team collaboration
  • Working collaboratively with project managers from across other Indra streams and the broader organisation to map and manage complex cross-programme dependencies, identifying collective opportunities to improve our overall ways of working and accelerate time-to-market
  • Proactively identifying, tracking, and managing key risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies (RAID), implementing mitigation plans to keep delivery on track

     

Your Skills And Experience
 

  • Experience as a Project or Programme Manager, preferably delivering complex technology, AI/ML, or data initiatives within financial services or a highly regulated industry
  • Solid understanding of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) concepts, and a passion for how AI can transform the way the bank operates
  • Adept at quickly picking up technical, data, and operating model concepts, with a proven ability to translate abstract strategic ambitions into structured delivery realities
  • Proactive self-starter with a "thought leader" mindset regarding delivery excellence and agile/scrum methodologies
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence, build trust, and align diverse groups across business, technology, and risk
  • Highly adept at using Excel to structure, analyze, and track delivery data, and PowerPoint to craft clear, compelling narratives for executive-level audiences
  • Proven ability to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity, optimise workflows to solve business problems, while applying critical judgment to ensure responsible and ethical use of data and AI outputs
