Project Manager

Description:

Own projects from customer requirement through to delivery.Lead New Product Introduction (NPI) and product development activities.Manage 6–8 concurrent projects, balancing priorities, resources and stakeholder expectations.Coordinate engineering, procurement, production, quality and supply chain activities.Manage project risk, change, schedules, budgets and customer expectations.Build strong relationships with customers, suppliers and internal stakeholders.Drive accountability and maintain momentum to ensure successful outcomes.

What We're Looking For

5–10 years' experience in project management, product development or NPI environments.Experience delivering new products from concept through to manufacture.Aerospace experience would be particularly attractive.Experience in defence, nuclear or other regulated industries would be advantageous but is not essential.Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Strong stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills.Comfortable operating in environments where priorities evolve and expectations are high.A proactive individual who drives delivery rather than simply reporting progress.
