Project Manager

Description:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to support the implementation and launch of our new system, ProjectFlow, for managing research ethics review and related governance processes.

This is a fixed-term role for a period of six-months, ideal for someone who enjoys delivering focused, time-limited projects and working with a wide range of academic, professional services, and technical stakeholders.

About The Role

You will play a key role in coordinating and delivering the implementation of ProjectFlow, working closely with professional services, IT teams, academic staff, and the supplier. The role will help ensure the system is configured effectively, stakeholders are engaged and prepared, and the organisation is ready for a successful go-live.

Key Responsibilities Include
 

• Coordinating the end-to-end implementation of ProjectFlow
• Gathering business requirements for system configuration
• Developing and maintaining project plans, timelines, and risk logs
• Acting as a central point of contact between internal teams and the system supplier
• Supporting process mapping, testing, training, and launch activities
• Contributing to user guidance, communications, and post-go-live support
