The role involves acquiring properties to grow the company’s portfolio. These properties can be on flexible term agreements ranging from as short as 3 months up to 5 years. Suitable properties include those not selling or letting, undergoing planning, or where owners are uncertain about the asset’s future or concerned about upcoming legislation such as the Renters’ Rights Bill.

Candidates will help grow the property portfolio by identifying singleton units or multiple units within larger blocks, preferably in London Zones 1 and 2, but the company is open to stretching to Zone 3. Once acquired, the company prepares the properties—handling photography, marketing to leisure, corporate, and relocation sectors, guest vetting, check-in/out, guest inquiries, and housekeeping coordination.

The company is open to candidates from various backgrounds, including residential agents or others with property contacts and knowledge. They emphasize integrity, honesty, and clear communication. Educational qualifications are not important; the focus is on the ability to deliver results efficiently.
