Property Facilities Manager

 

Description:

This is an office-based role with regular site visits, ideal for someone who can balance operational delivery and administrative/financial management. You will be responsible for ensuring high standards across the portfolio, including PPM and reactive maintenance, contractor management, service charges, budgets, reconciliations, compliance, and reporting.

 

Key Responsibilities:

· Day-to-day oversight of residential properties and site teams

· Manage PPM schedules and reactive maintenance works

· Instruct, monitor, and manage contractors and service partners

· Prepare and track service charge budgets and reconciliations

· Ensure H&S and statutory compliance across all sites

· Conduct site inspections and address operational issues promptly

· Act as point of contact for emergencies and resident concerns

· Support mobilisation and demobilisation of properties

· Mentor and manage junior FM/Property staff

 

About You:

· Proven experience in residential property or facilities management

· Strong track record managing PPM, reactive works, contractors, budgets, and service charges

· Knowledge of H&S compliance; NEBOSH/IOSH desirable

· Excellent organisational, administrative, and communication skills

· Comfortable combining office-based admin with hands-on site oversight
