Property Housekeeper

The Property Housekeeper is a temporary 9 months fixed-term position to cover an internal secondment.

This role is integral to Roundabout’s maintenance team, and our goal to provide high quality accommodation to young people.

The main focus of this role is managing stock control, completing inventories and ensuring that properties are well equipped and ready for a young person to move into – this includes stocking properties with household essentials, and presenting properties in a clean and welcoming way.

This role is part of the maintenance team and you will work with colleagues to arrange maintenance, re-decoration, cleaning and replacement of stock.

This role is advertised as full-time for a 9-month secondment period. We know flexibility is important, so we’re happy to consider flexible working arrangements where possible, subject to the needs of the service and agreement with the line manager.
