Freeths LLP is seeking a Property Litigation Lawyer (3 – 7 PQE) to join its nationally recognized Dispute Resolution (DR) team in Milton Keynes. This is an exciting opportunity to work on high-value and complex disputes alongside some of the top-ranked legal professionals in the field.

The Dispute Resolution team at Freeths has won prestigious awards, including UK Litigation Team of the Year (The Lawyer Awards 2020) and The British Legal Awards 2020 for their role in exposing one of the largest miscarriages of justice in British legal history.

Key Responsibilities:

✔ Handling all aspects of commercial landlord and tenant disputes.
✔ Working on development disputes and property-related litigation.
✔ Advising on land-related disputes, including easements, restrictive covenants, and rights to light.
✔ Collaborating with senior team members on high-value and complex litigation projects.
✔ Assisting in business development and client relationship management.

Your Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum 3 years of litigation experience, ideally with property litigation exposure.
✔ Strong legal capability with excellent attention to detail.
Adaptable, organised, and enthusiastic with a passion for dispute resolution.
Interest in business development and client engagement.
✔ Ability to work independently and as part of a team on complex matters.
