Freeths LLP is seeking a Property Litigation Lawyer (3 – 7 PQE) to join its nationally recognized Dispute Resolution (DR) team in Milton Keynes. This is an exciting opportunity to work on high-value and complex disputes alongside some of the top-ranked legal professionals in the field.

Key Responsibilities:

✔ Handling all aspects of commercial landlord and tenant disputes.
✔ Working on development disputes and property-related litigation.
✔ Advising on land-related disputes, including easements, restrictive covenants, and rights to light.
✔ Collaborating with senior team members on high-value and complex litigation projects.
✔ Assisting in business development and client relationship management.

Your Skills & Qualifications:

✔ Minimum 3 years of litigation experience, ideally with property litigation exposure.
✔ Strong legal capability with excellent attention to detail.
✔ Adaptable, organised, and enthusiastic with a passion for dispute resolution.
✔ Interest in business development and client engagement.
✔ Ability to work independently and as part of a team on complex matters.
