Halcyon Developments, a respected UK property developer, is seeking a confident and experienced Property Sales Consultant to join their dynamic sales team based in London. You will play a key role in promoting and selling luxury off-plan apartments at the Wyndham Halcyon Retreat Golf & Spa Resort, an ambitious and prestigious resort development situated in Central France.
This role blends remote working with office attendance in London, providing a flexible, hybrid working environment. You will be working exclusively with warm, qualified leads, removing the need for cold calling and allowing you to focus on converting serious investor interest into sales.

The company specializes in fully managed leisure property developments combining premium real estate with long-term investment returns. Their flagship project, the Wyndham Halcyon Retreat Golf & Spa Resort, is a luxury resort under construction in Central France, offering a unique product to discerning investors.
Engage proactively with warm inbound leads through phone and video consultations.
Understand the goals and investment criteria of prospective clients.
Effectively match clients with the most suitable investment opportunities within the resort.
Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the resort’s features, benefits, and investment potential.
Deliver exceptional client service throughout the entire sales process.
Build and nurture long-term client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Achieve and exceed individual sales targets consistently.
Proven successful track record in phone-based property or investment sales.
Experience specifically in selling off-plan properties is essential.
Highly motivated, results-oriented, and driven to meet targets.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; clear, confident, and consultative in approach.
Professional demeanor with strong persuasion and objection-handling capabilities.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative sales team.
Competitive basic salary of £25,000 to £30,000 depending on experience.
Uncapped commission structure with realistic on-target earnings exceeding £100,000.
