IBA Wealth Management Ltd, a reputable financial services company established in 1990, is seeking a Mortgage & Protection Adviser to join their professional team. Operating under the Quilter Financial Planning network, one of the UK’s largest and most respected networks, IBA offers a comprehensive “one-stop shop” for clients seeking expert advice in financial planning, mortgage solutions, and protection services.

This role provides an exciting opportunity for an experienced adviser to work with a company dedicated to exceptional customer service and tailored financial solutions. The position offers flexibility through hybrid working, enabling applications from professionals nationwide.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality Mortgage & Protection advice to a diverse range of clients.

• Assess clients’ financial situations to recommend the most suitable mortgage and protection products.

• Advise on related protection policies such as life assurance, income protection, and family or home cover.

• Keep abreast of changes in the Mortgage & Protection market and maintain compliance with all financial regulations.

• Manage relationships with lenders, providers, solicitors, and estate agents to ensure seamless client service.

• Prepare, process, and submit mortgage and protection applications efficiently.

• Build long-term client relationships based on trust, integrity, and exceptional service.

Requirements:

• CeMAP qualification is essential.

• Proven track record as a Mortgage & Protection Adviser with a minimum of 1 year of industry experience.

• Demonstrated success in generating and converting new business.

• Possession of an existing client bank (preferred) to complement company-provided leads.

• Strong knowledge of mortgage products, protection options, and relevant financial legislation.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

• Ability to work independently while collaborating within a supportive team environment.

• Highly motivated, resilient, and client-focused mindset.

• Commitment to ethical practices and doing the right thing by customers.
