Handle contentious and non-contentious matters, including procurement challenges, high court litigation, and subsidy disputes
Support clients with implications of Trade and Cooperation Agreements and other post-Brexit trade frameworks
Contribute to internal thought leadership and business development strategies for expanding the CEUT group’s presence in the UK and Europe
Assist clients in high-value government tenders, appeals, judicial reviews, and regulatory submissions
Desired Candidate Profile:
UK-qualified lawyer with 3–5 years PQE, particularly in public procurement and/or EU law
Skilled in advising on complex legal frameworks with a pragmatic, risk-managed approach
Demonstrated legal drafting, advocacy, and communication capabilities
Strong academic background with client-facing professionalism and organisational strength
