You'll report to the Senior Manager, Publicity and Communications and play a key role in the day-to-day operations of the team. You'll manage a range of administrative functions, including daily media coverage reporting, financial administration (such as raising purchase orders), taking and distributing meeting minutes, and maintaining and updating media lists. You'll also provide logistical and operational support for events, press junkets, and other publicity activities as required.

- Compile weekly coverage reports and team updates for distribution to the wider business.
- Create and distribute weekly and monthly press highlights newsletters for external media audiences.
- Maintain internal and external distribution lists for publicity materials, press releases, and media contacts.
- Manage invoices, purchase orders, and vendor billing enquiries for publicity-related suppliers (including stylists, groomers, security teams, and other vendors), while tracking and reconciling campaign expenses.
- Coordinate the distribution of screeners to members of the press, ensuring timely and secure delivery.
- Work closely with global publicity teams, as well as Marketing, Social, and Creative departments, to support campaign objectives.

- Monitor, compile, and share media reviews and critical responses with relevant stakeholders in a timely manner.
- Build a strong knowledge of UK national print, broadcast, radio, and digital media outlets, as well as key journalists, editors, and presenters.
- Contribute ideas and join brainstorming sessions with global publicity teams for upcoming campaigns, launches, and strategic initiatives.
- Support research and special projects and ad hoc assignments as required.
