They are looking for a talented Tech Lead who wants to take on an Engineering Manager role or an Engineering Manager who wants to join a fast-growing company.

The ideal person will have 2+ years of experience as a Tech Lead and will Manage 2 Tech Leads directly and look after a team of 10 and 7 experienced Software Engineers, ranging from Junior to Senior. In this role, you will oversee the improvement of their current platform by creating the development plan for new functions to improve the efficiency of a cutting-edge Payment System platform.

They have offices in Oxford & Bristol but can offer hybrid work, going into the office once a week or every fortnight.

What do you need?

• Management experience of 2+ years
• Being involved in the design of a development plan
• Python development
• Building Django applications (Can have experience with Flask or FastAPI instead - Either of these 3 is ideal however it is not a must-have)
• Cloud Deployment in AWS or GCP (They use AWS)
• Microservices experience
