Python Full-stack Engineer

Description:

A leading Cross Asset Trading House specializing in Commodities, Energy, and Equities trade execution is seeking a Python Full-Stack Engineer with React expertise to join its Front Office Risk team.

This role involves building a strategic Risk system, contributing to automation, risk reporting, and complex calculations across multiple risk areas, including counterparty risk, market risk, operational risk, and credit risk.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and enhance a centralized data management platform for improved process automation and data rationalization.

• Build and refine risk exposure and future exposure engines.

• Contribute to the market risk limits engine development.

• Work closely with the Lead Python Risk Developer and collaborate with Front Office and Risk teams.

• Develop a high-performance UI using React for risk visualization and reporting.

Who We Are Looking For:

• Strong Python full-stack development experience.

• Proficiency in React for front-end development.

• Experience with GraphQL, Docker.

• Background in financial services with knowledge of trade lifecycle.

• Ability to work on data-intensive applications using NumPy, Pandas, and async programming.

• C# experience is a plus.
