Qa Manager

Description:

As QA Manager, you will own quality governance across multiple concurrent projects, establishing testing standards, release quality gates and defect management processes. You will lead root cause analysis for production issues, oversee quality reporting and KPIs, and proactively identify risks before they impact delivery. Working within an Agile environment, you will collaborate with Scrum teams, Product Owners and senior stakeholders while helping shape the organisation's automation strategy through technologies such as Playwright, Cypress or Selenium, alongside Azure DevOps, JIRA, Confluence and modern CI/CD pipelines. Experience promoting AI-assisted testing and quality engineering practices will be highly advantageous as the business continues to modernise its software delivery capabilities.

Successful QA Manager candidates should have proven experience leading QA teams within a software, FinTech or financial services environment, with a strong understanding of both manual and automated testing methodologies. Experience delivering enterprise SaaS platforms, investment or wealth management solutions, and working with distributed engineering teams would be highly beneficial.
