Specsavers Home Visits in the Greater Norwich Area is seeking a qualified Hearing Aid Dispenser (HAD) to deliver exceptional audiology services to patients in the comfort of their own homes. This is a domiciliary role that focuses on improving patients' hearing and enhancing their quality of life through professional, compassionate care backed by a globally trusted brand.

As part of this role, you will conduct hearing tests, provide consultations, and recommend suitable hearing aid solutions tailored to each individual’s needs. You’ll handle a mixed base of private and NHS patients and may also perform wax removal procedures, making microsuction/wax removal qualifications highly advantageous. You’ll join a supportive and tight-knit team in a growing business focused on customer well-being and professional integrity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct hearing assessments in patients’ homes.

• Recommend and fit appropriate hearing aid solutions tailored to patient needs.

• Provide patient education and aftercare to ensure continued satisfaction.

• Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to professional standards.

• Travel across the assigned Suffolk community using a provided company car.

• Optionally perform wax removal procedures, including microsuction.

Requirements:

• Qualified and HCPC-registered Audiologist (HAD).

• Strong commitment to customer service and professional excellence.

• Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills.

• Valid UK driving licence with willingness to travel across multiple sites.

• Advantageous: Microsuction/wax removal certification.
