Quality Assurance Engineer

Description:

Intec Select, a globally recognized consultancy, is seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Engineer specializing in the ServiceNow platform. This fully remote contract role is based out of London and offers an exciting opportunity to work on cutting-edge ServiceNow testing projects for a global client base.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive test plans and scripts for various ServiceNow modules. You will lead functional and regression testing initiatives, build and maintain the ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF), and perform integration and end-to-end testing to ensure system reliability and alignment with business goals.

The QA Engineer will work closely with developers and stakeholders to identify defects, validate resolutions, support user acceptance testing (UAT), and deliver clear, actionable test documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain test plans and automated test cases for ServiceNow applications

• Execute functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing

• Utilize ServiceNow ATF to automate testing processes and reduce technical debt

• Collaborate with developers to resolve defects and confirm fixes

• Validate UAT test scripts and analyze results for quality assurance

• Communicate progress, risks, and outcomes through comprehensive reports

Technical Requirements:

• Deep knowledge of ServiceNow applications including CSM, ITSM, ITOM

• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow ATF

• Strong analytical and documentation skills

• Familiarity with Agile testing environments

Contract Details:

• Rate: £450 – £550 per day

• Duration: 5 Months (with high likelihood of extension)

• Location: Fully Remote (UK-based applicants only)
