Quality Assurance Manager

Your Tasks Include

• Lead and develop the site Quality team, covering Quality Control and Hygiene
• Ensure compliance with all relevant food safety legislation and standards
• Manage non-conformances, complaints, and root cause analysis to drive continuous improvement
• Oversee environmental monitoring and pest control systems
• Support and maintain robust document control and product specifications
• Collaborate closely with Production on quality and technical matters
• Provide technical support to Product Development and Sales teams
• Support and maintain certification standards (e.g. BRCGS, Organic, Kosher, Halal)
• Participate in internal and external audits, including customer audits
• Manage export documentation and liaise with relevant authorities where required
• Drive improvements in quality systems, including digitalisation of documentation
• Build strong relationships with other Moguntia Food Group sites (Germany & Austria)

What You Bring With You

• Several years of experience in a Quality/Technical role within the food industry
• Solid knowledge of food safety standards and quality management systems (e.g. HACCP)
• Experience with audits and certification processes
• Strong problem-solving skills and a structured, analytical mindset
• Confident communicator with the ability to influence and collaborate across teams
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop people
