Quality Checking And Training Analyst

You’ll take a leading role in identifying quality weaknesses through the testing processes, both risk based and end to end. You’ll possess excellent SAR investigation skills with the ability to provide high quality feedback on decisions, designed to improve skillsets.

• Assisting the QC & Training Manager in conducting assessments in line with the quality checking methodology
• Producing relevant and useful feedback on QC results to drive quality improvements and SAR case efficiencies.
• Conducting Quality checks of SAR Investigations to provide insightful feedback, driving quality improvement and procedural efficiencies
• Providing training delivery requirements in line with SARU training plan and as identified through QC activities including by side training with SAR Investigators

• Investigation experience within a financial crime, law enforcement, or equivalent environment.
• Coaching, training, mentoring skills, or experience within a Quality Control function.
