IC Resources, representing a growing and well-established technology business, is seeking a dedicated Quality & Environmental Engineer to strengthen its Quality & Compliance function. This pivotal role offers the opportunity to play a central part in ensuring compliance with ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards, while working closely with engineering, R&D, and operational teams to foster a culture of quality and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to and support internal audits, ensuring ongoing compliance with ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards.

  • Lead quality validation activities and support risk management processes across multiple business functions.

  • Investigate and resolve quality issues, developing and implementing corrective and preventive actions.

  • Assist in the optimisation and continuous improvement of the document management system.

  • Deliver training sessions to promote quality and environmental best practices within the business.

  • Identify opportunities for improvement and spearhead initiatives to strengthen compliance and efficiency.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience in quality and/or environmental functions within electronics or other regulated technical industries.

  • Good working knowledge of ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 (internal auditing experience advantageous).

  • Strong problem-solving, collaboration, and organisational skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
