You’ll support the Compliance Director, manage ISO-driven quality processes, lead audits, work with suppliers, and spend up to 50% of your time on the shopfloor understanding how things are made. Clear progression into senior quality responsibility.

• 2+ years in a Quality role (manufacturing/engineering)
• Strong ISO 9001:2015 knowledge (internal auditing essential)
• Practical, detail-driven, “can-do” mindset
• Comfortable in a non-corporate, hands-on environment
