Passive components are leaders in high reliability, high performance and engineered electronic components. Power Electronics provide custom solutions for safety critical harsh environment applications, at Bedlington specialising in microcircuit production for the civil aircraft, space, and defence industries.

Role Overview And Responsibilities

As a lean practitioner you will proactively drive continuous improvement for Power Electronics with further duties including;

• Implement effective product and process control strategies
• Manage internal audit programme
• Conduct external supplier audits
• Monitor, develop and take appropriate actions to address cost of quality, customer complaints and other key quality metrics
• Lead and develop effective corrective actions using a suite of problem solving tools and analysis to prevent reoccurrence
• Develop quality expertise across the business
