Quality Surveyor

Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Clerk of Works to act as the Client’s representative on site, ensuring construction works are delivered in accordance with specifications, standards, and quality expectations.

The role involves acting as the Client’s “eyes and ears” on site, carrying out regular inspections, snagging , producing clear and concise reports, and identifying any defects or non-compliance. You will be responsible for raising defects, tracking their progress, and monitoring works through to satisfactory close-out.

You will liaise closely with the site team, maintaining effective communication to ensure issues are understood and addressed promptly, while supporting the delivery of a high-quality finished product.

This position requires strong observational skills, a proactive approach to quality assurance, and the ability to communicate professionally with all stakeholders on site.
