I am working with a leading premium coffee brand that's on the hunt for someone energetic, hands-on, and passionate about coffee, service, and solving problems. This is a truly varied position that combines relationship building, technical support, and commercial development – all while working with some of the most exciting hospitality venues on the South Coast! ☕
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with independent hospitality venues.
- Support existing accounts and drive new business across your territory.
- Install, calibrate, maintain, and troubleshoot coffee equipment (full training provided).
- Deliver on-site training to venue teams to optimise coffee quality and performance.
- Act as the technical point of contact – from preventative maintenance to reactive repairs.
- Implement brand initiatives and promotional activities at site level.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity within your region.
- Manage all admin requirements – journey planning, reports, account updates.
- Represent the brand at relevant trade events and networking opportunities.

- Full, clean UK driving licence and right to work in the UK.
