Description:
The Social Kitchen, a fast-growing creative startup specialising in luxury tableware hire, event styling, and kitchen studio spaces, is looking for an enthusiastic and highly organised Office Manager to join their friendly and dynamic team at their London HQ.
This role sits at the heart of the business, ensuring the smooth running of the office, warehouse, and studio spaces while supporting both administrative and creative functions. Office & Studio Management:
Keep the office, showroom, and studios well-organised, clean, and guest-ready at all times.
Work closely with the warehouse team to ensure smooth daily operations.
Manage studio bookings, liaise with clients, and ensure all arrangements are in place for their sessions.
Administrative Support:
Oversee day-to-day administrative needs including team diaries, meetings, and general office coordination.
Maintain and organise the company’s Google Drive, ensuring recent event images and files are updated.
Handle incoming calls, emails, and website inquiries as the first point of contact.
Order & Client Management:
Support the order process from start to finish, including client communication, managing returns, lost and found items, chasing payments, and printing delivery slips.
Coordinate prop picking and ensure client requirements are met efficiently.
Social Media & Community Engagement:
Assist in managing the social media content diary, posting updates, and engaging with potential clients online.
Contribute creative ideas for content and community growth initiatives.
Operational Efficiency:
Identify opportunities to improve workflow, organisation, and office systems.
Ensure consistency and structure across processes as the business scales.
Proven organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
Confident and warm communicator, comfortable dealing with clients and colleagues.
Proactive, adaptable multitasker with a problem-solving mindset.
Comfortable balancing administrative and creative tasks.
Strong computer literacy — proficiency in Google Workspace and familiarity with Shopify, Monday.com, and Canva (or willingness to learn).
Must have the right to live and work in the UK.
