Quantity Surveyor

Description:

They work on some fantastic projects for private wealthy clients, these are people spending over £10million on 2 bedroom penthouses, £15million on a townhouse - these will be all internal fit out and refurbishments, with some elements of new build.

The Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for:

- Placing orders and working with trade contractors

- Assist with value engineering and preparing financial reports for the project

- Attend design meetings with the production and commercial teams

- Prepare, submit and present monthly cost reports

- Instruct accounts to invoice clients and pay subcontractors as required

- Close out final accounts

- Prepare CVRs, manage price updates and manage the internal reporting.

Qualifications;

- Degree Educated in Construction Management or Commercial Management.
