We’re working with a leading renewable energy developer delivering a pipeline of utility-scale battery storage, solar, and onshore wind projects across the UK. They are seeking a capable Quantity Surveyor to support the full project lifecycle, from early-stage design and FEED through to construction and handover.

Your Role
Pre-Contract / FEED Phase
- Develop early-stage cost plans and commercial input to design and procurement.
- Support commercial risk reviews and procurement strategy.
Construction / Delivery Phase
- Manage cost forecasting, change control, and project reporting.
- Work closely with project managers, engineers, and suppliers to ensure commercial discipline across the build.
Contract Management
- Administer NEC3/NEC4 contracts.
- Oversee compensation events, variations, and commercial communications.
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Liaise with internal engineering, finance, and supply chain teams.
- Support seamless project delivery from a commercial perspective.
What You’ll Bring
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a Quantity Surveying role (infrastructure, civils, or energy preferred).
- Working knowledge of NEC3/NEC4 contracts.
- Experience supporting both pre-contract and post-contract phases.
- Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or a related commercial discipline.
- UK driving licence (preferred) for occasional site visits.
