Quantity Surveyor

Description:

Provide therapeutic support to children and young people with complex needs in a school and residential environment. Work as part of a multi-disciplinary team to create clinically informed living and learning environments. Deliver individualized interventions and support educational and residential staff through consultation, workshops, training, and guidance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver therapeutic interventions for children and young people with complex needs.

• Support educational and residential teams to ensure clinically informed environments.

• Provide consultation, workshops, training, and guidance to staff.

• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to embed therapeutic practices in education and care.

• Contribute to the development of individualized care plans and interventions.

• Maintain focus on positive outcomes and skill development for young people.

Qualifications:

• Qualified Occupational Therapist registered with the HCPC.

• Experience delivering therapeutic interventions for children and young people with complex needs.

• Skilled in supporting teams around a child to ensure clinically informed environments.

• Confident, engaging, and effective model, guide, leader, and trainer.

• Highly organized and proactive.
