- Site Visits
- Supply Chain Enquiries
- Assessment of Supply Chain Responses and negotiation of terms
- Pricing of Task Response in conjunction with Scheme Engineer
- Production and presentation of of Cost Value Reconciliations
- Production of Risk Register for submission with Task Response on Target Cost Basis
- Submission of Task Responses and revision and resubmission if required
- Agreement of Task Response with Client
Management of Task Orders
- Review Task Order for compliance with agreed Task Response
- Preparation and issue of Supply Chain Task Orders & Compensation Events
