Our client is an ambitious authority who are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor looking to join them on a contract basis.

Key Responsibilities
 

• To support the NEC Project Manager with the delivery of a major scheme.
• Liaise with the Surveyors, Supervisors, and Clerk of Works with the assessment of defined costs.
• Support the Commercial Manager in the assessments of monthly forecasts and applications.
• Undertake Site walkovers to confirm quantities used for the assessment of defined cost.
