React Native App Developer

Stratospherec Limited, a leading provider of SaaS solutions for workforce and HR management, is seeking a skilled React Native App Developer to join their growing development team in Bristol. The company’s platform empowers clients across industries—such as hospitality, retail, construction, and national infrastructure—to streamline their HR functions, enhance operational efficiency, and reduce management overhead through smart automation and innovation.

This role is an on-site position based in Bristol, Monday through Friday, with flexibility available as needed. The ideal candidate is expected to have hands-on experience in mobile development using React Native and demonstrate expertise in deploying applications to both Android and iOS platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain high-quality mobile applications using React Native

• Integrate mobile apps with backend APIs to deliver smooth user experiences

• Manage version control and collaboration using Git

• Handle end-to-end app deployment processes via Google Play, App Store Connect, Appcenter, and TestFlight

• Sign and package mobile applications for release to production

Essential Skills Required:

• Strong proficiency in React Native

• Experience working with RESTful APIs

• Proficient in Git for source control

• Demonstrated experience in app signing and deployment workflows

Desirable Skills (Preferred but Not Mandatory):

• Familiarity with Azure DevOps

• Knowledge of push notifications, SQL Server, C#, and Xamarin

• Experience with NFC technology, CI/CD pipelines, and Test-Driven Development (TDD)

• Understanding of Agile development methodologies
