Real Asset Operations Associate

Description:

As a Real Asset Operations Associate your job role is to support the Aviva Investors business by co-ordinating the smooth management of Real Assets investments, working closely with clients, investment teams and operational areas. You will Collaborate with our external operational suppliers to uphold the optimal level of service for our investors and govern relationships with the relevant internal and external partners. As part of the Real Assets Operations team, this role will support the investment lifecycle of Real Assets. This will include supplier management, investor interaction and investment support. The evolving nature of our day-to-day operations requires flexibility in adapting to meet demands of the business and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. The successful candidate will need to work effectively in a fast paced environment, with a proactive nature.

Skills and experience we’re looking for:

• Excellent time management & organisational skills with the ability to prioritise plan and adapt to best use resources
• The ability to work on your own initiative and ideally to be flexible, adaptable and open to change.
• Manage competing priorities and deliver on multiple tasks to tight deadlines
• Good awareness of commercial and financial practice.
• Proven ability to build and manage strong relationships with internal and external contacts at all levels.
