Real Estate Development Manager

• They are known for pioneering innovative and sustainable real estate developments throughout the UK.
• They are now hiring for their Development team to manage a BTR project in Manchester

Role Description:

• Oversee the entire development process for a BTR scheme, from initial planning to project completion, this will include planning, design and delivery
• Manage and lead the development team, including a junior project manager, to ensure efficient project execution.
• Analyze planning concepts and designs to ensure they align with project goals and objectives.
• Secure necessary approvals, permits, and financing for the residential projects.
• Maintain a strong focus on cost control and budget management throughout the development lifecycle.

Requirements:

• Extensive experience in development management, particularly in the residential sector.
• Must have experience of working end to end on a BTR scheme having worked through design, planning, development and delivery stages
• Proven track record of successfully delivering complex residential projects, from planning, development to completion.
• Strong knowledge of the planning and design process
