My client is a Top 60 UK law firm, renowned for providing high-quality legal services to leading UK businesses and multinational corporations. They are looking to recruit a Head of Real Estate Wales / Partner for their growing Cardiff office.

The Real Estate team advises on a wide range of matters, including investment, development, asset management, and financing. The team works with a diverse client base, including landowners, developers, property management companies, corporate occupiers, and banks/lenders/funds.

The firm is in the process of expanding its Cardiff office and is seeking a senior real estate lawyer (partner) to contribute to the growth and success of the firm.
