Real Estate Solicitor

Description:

The successful candidate will join a large, friendly and supportive team led by experts in the field. The work will be mixed and varied including acquisitions, sales, lettings, refinancing, option agreements, development agreements and strategic property advice.

Clients within the team are predominantly commercial investors, funders, developers and occupiers. They include commercial banks, housebuilders, infrastructure companies (telecoms and energy) and holiday and home park operators.

Candidate requirements:

• An ambitious solicitor ideally from 3+ PQE
• Well rounded commercial property experience, ideally with experience of property finance
• The ability to develop and maintain relationships with clients and prospective clients
• The ability to work to tight deadlines and keep calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Collaboration and team work skills
• Commercial awareness
