Altus Group, a global leader in CRE data analytics and PropTech solutions, is seeking a Real Estate Solutions Expert to join their high-performing team. This dynamic and client-facing role bridges the gap between real estate investment strategy and cutting-edge technology. The successful candidate will play a critical role in helping clients solve complex challenges using Altus's ARGUS suite, while also supporting business development, solution design, and client engagement efforts.


Key Responsibilities:

Business Development Support

  • Collaborate with sales to develop strategic account plans and technical approaches

  • Represent subject matter expertise at client meetings, industry events, and internal sessions

  • Document client requirements, solution frameworks, and engagement results

  • Analyse market trends and client needs to shape solution direction

Strategic Client Engagement

  • Support sales and customer success teams in driving satisfaction and expanding accounts

  • Lead discovery sessions with CRE stakeholders to assess investment goals and challenges

  • Deliver tailored demonstrations aligning ARGUS capabilities with client objectives

  • Run proof-of-concepts showcasing tangible results using Altus platforms

  • Establish credibility and trusted advisor status with key decision-makers

Technical Solution Design

  • Design innovative solutions for investment and asset management workflows

  • Advise on best practices for integrating technology into operational processes

  • Collaborate with product teams to ensure alignment with market and client needs

  • Conduct advanced product demonstrations and technical Q&As

  • Stay updated on ARGUS products, CRE technologies, and global market trends


Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business, or a related discipline

  • 3+ years’ experience in CRE investment, asset, or fund management

  • Hands-on experience with CRE technologies and financial modeling tools

  • Proven ability to lead solution delivery and handle executive-level client interactions

  • Strong understanding of market trends, CRE operations, and investment strategies

  • Excellent communication, analytical, and presentation skills

  • Adaptability to manage shifting priorities and work independently or in teams

  • Willingness to travel for client engagements when needed
