Description:
This is a front of house role, with a mix of reception and administration duties involved with coordinating patient and clinician schedules, file management and office organisation. You will be expected to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the practice. This will include, supporting the clinical team, the management of supplies and stock, as well as working closely with the practice director. You will be quick-minded, have a good logical approach to problem solving and the ability to work well under pressure.
