Reception Administrator

 

Description:

This is a front of house role, with a mix of reception and administration duties involved with coordinating patient and clinician schedules, file management and office organisation. You will be expected to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the practice. This will include, supporting the clinical team, the management of supplies and stock, as well as working closely with the practice director. You will be quick-minded, have a good logical approach to problem solving and the ability to work well under pressure. REQUIREMENTS:

  • 2+ years’ receptionist and administrative experience
  • Excellent oral and written communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to handle a fast-paced environment and prioritise tasks based on importance
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office
  • Familiarity with Cliniko practice management system is desirable
  • Excellent literacy skills
  • Good numeracy skills
  • IT literacy
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • Good time management skills and the
  • Ability to multi-task, as well the ability to work using your own initiative and adapt to changes in the business
