Description:

We are looking for a friendly, professional and organised individual to join our reception team as an Evening Receptionist. As the first point of contact for clients, students, and staff during evening hours, you will help maintain a warm, welcoming, and professional environment at Metanoia Institute.

This is a key role within the Institute, supporting both our academic and clinical services through high-quality front-of-house assistance and reliable administrative support. If you’re approachable, confident under pressure, and take pride in delivering excellent service, we’d love to hear from you.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Greeting and assisting visitors, ensuring they are shown to the correct space
  • Answering and directing calls via the switchboard
  • Booking and allocating client appointments
  • Supporting students and staff with queries at reception
  • Providing administrative support including appointment confirmation emails, room bookings, report sending, data entry, and compiling cash payments
  • Liaising with the Clinical Manager and Clinic team to ensure smooth evening operations

What we’re looking for:

  • Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and database systems
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A calm, friendly, and professional manner – even under pressure
