TSR Legal are working with a Top 100 Law firm who are seeking a receptionist to join their team on a part time basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing for acting as a first point of contact for clients and the firm. The firm are looking for an organised, excellent communicator who can provide excellent impression either in person or via the telephone.

Key responsibilities will include:
The ability to provide high level first point of contact to clients and staff
Take care of providing refreshments for clients/ meetings
Copying files, scanning, and emailing documents
Data input onto the CRM system as required

The ideal candidate:
The firm require an individual with previous Receptionist experience in a professional services environment
Experience of undertaking general admin duties such as filing, scanning etc
Excellent organisation skills
Able to communicate with stake holders
