Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and greet visitors in a warm and professional manner
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls
  • Manage the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable
  • Booking travel for the sales team
  • Produce sales reports from the system
  • Receive and distribute mail and packages
  • Book and schedule appointments and meetings
  • Assist with various administrative tasks as required

  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively
