We have well-established relationships with leading FinTechs, Quant Funds, Hedge Funds, Software Development Firms, and Start-Ups. We are seeking a Recruiting Team Lead to oversee the Technology Recruitment Team based in our London office.

The ideal candidate should have proven recruitment experience in Technology with a strong history of billing/placements. You will lead and manage a successful recruitment team, shaping and attracting top talent for FinTech, Fund, and Buy-Side Clients.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in leading a recruitment team.
• Extensive experience in Technology recruitment with a solid billing/placements history.
• Experience in FinTech/Fund/Buy-Side markets is highly desirable.
• Strong market knowledge and commercial awareness.
• A demonstrated history of delivering recruitment services with integrity.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• A great personality and team spirit.
