As a Recruitment Consultant, you’ll play a key role in business development and client relations, working with schools to fill vacancies and build lasting relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business development, contacting new and existing clients to generate opportunities
- Identifying client needs and filling vacancies with suitable candidates
- Attending client meetings and school visits
- Screening applicants, shortlisting CVs, and conducting interviews
- Filling vacancies within agreed time scales and building a candidate pipeline
- Maintaining regular contact with candidates and clients, building excellent relationships
- Achieving sales targets and working in a fast-paced environment
Key Skills Required:
- Previous sales experience or work in a target-driven role
- Strong drive, motivation, and determination
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills
- Confident, resilient personality with strong communication skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships

Working Hours:
- Term time: Monday 7:30 AM - 5:30 PM, Tuesday-Thursday 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM, Friday 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM
- School holidays: Reduced hours (approx. 8:30 AM - 3:30 PM)
- Office-based full time
