Key Responsibilities:
✅ Market Identification & Desk Build: Focus primarily on the US FinTech market, identifying opportunities, building a 360 desk, pitching to new clients, negotiating terms, and delivering top talent.
✅ Strategic Growth: Collaborate with your manager to define and execute a business plan for sustainable growth within the FinTech sector.
✅ Client Acquisition: Proactively generate new business, establishing strong relationships with new clients, and showcasing what makes Strativ Group a trusted recruitment partner.
✅ Full Recruitment Cycle: Handle everything from client onboarding, job briefs, and candidate sourcing, to interview management and deal closing.
✅ Marketing Collaboration: Work closely with the Marketing team to craft a clear and compelling value proposition, ensuring effective outreach to target companies.
✅ Community & Social Recruiting: Leverage social channels, industry events, and community engagement to build your network and market presence.
Requirements:
✔️ Proven 360 recruitment experience, including winning new business and delivering high-quality candidates.
✔️ Experience in US recruitment markets is highly desirable.
✔️ Self-starter who thrives with autonomy and responsibility.
✔️ Strong lead generation and deal-closing capabilities.
✔️ Exceptional relationship-building and negotiation skills.
✔️ Ability to manage multiple clients and processes simultaneously.
✔️ Enthusiastic team player who embraces Strativ’s collaborative culture.
