Description:

Strativ Group, a fast-growing recruitment business specializing in technology, clean energy, future mobility, and industrial recruitment, is looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join their AI Research Science team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with global clients and become an expert in the AI Research and Development space. You will receive the support needed to hit the ground running with access to 30+ live client requirements and existing relationships, making this an excellent opportunity for growth and success.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Work with a team of 6 AI specialists to further develop the AI Research Science desk into a global operation.

• Identify opportunities across the US and play an integral role in developing a 360 business by pitching to new clients, negotiating terms, and delivering world-class candidates.

• Work closely with the client solutions and marketing teams to create compelling pitch documents and best solution offerings.

• Attend international events and client meetings, with budget for travel to the US once a quarter when needed.

Requirements:

• Ideally 2+ years of 360 recruitment experience within a technology vertical (US market experience is preferable).

• Passion and interest in the emerging technology space, particularly AI Research Science.

• Proven track record of business development (self-generated and repeat business).

• Commitment to the US market, with availability outside typical US hours.

• A community-led approach, with willingness to engage in marketing, networking, and podcasts to build a network of AI R&D professionals.
