In this role, you will operate as a 360 recruiter, taking ownership of your own recruitment desk. You will work with existing warm patches and established client relationships while actively sourcing and securing top-tier candidates through the company’s CRM, LinkedIn, job boards, and personal professional networks. Crafting compelling job adverts, qualifying candidates via video and phone interviews, and managing the entire hiring process from CV submission to job offer will be part of your daily responsibilities. You will also negotiate between clients and candidates, ensuring smooth and successful placements. Leveraging social media to develop your professional brand and market presence will be an important aspect of your role.
