Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full 360 recruitment cycle, from business development to candidate placement.

• Develop and win new business through proactive networking, relationship building, and market expertise.

• Build and maintain strong client partnerships, delivering tailored recruitment solutions in the Cloud Tech space.

• Drive revenue growth through proven billing performance and consistent placements.

• Collaborate with colleagues globally to contribute to team success while developing your personal brand.

Candidate Profile / Requirements:

• 1–2 years’ experience as a 360 Recruitment Consultant (any industry), OR 1+ year specialising in Cloud/Tech/IT recruitment.

• Proven success in business development and client acquisition.

• Strong billing track record and evidence of meeting or exceeding targets.

• Ambitious, self-motivated, and driven by financial success.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Must hold full and independent Right to Work in the UK (no sponsorship available).
