As a 360 Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from identifying and qualifying candidates to managing client relationships and closing deals. You will work across the technology, finance, and change sectors, partnering with global hedge funds, quant funds, trading firms, software development companies, and award-winning startups.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source, qualify, and interview potential candidates through proactive outreach and relationship-building.

• Manage the full recruitment cycle, from initial client engagement to candidate placement and deal closure.

• Build and maintain a pipeline of high-quality candidates for roles in finance, technology, and change.

• Develop long-term client relationships with global organizations, including leading hedge funds, quant funds, and tech firms.

• Consistently meet and exceed quotas and recruitment targets.

• Contribute to a dynamic, collaborative, and fun team environment.

Qualifications & Skills Required:

• Bachelor’s degree with a strong academic record or evidence of consistent, impressive work history.
