Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with clients and candidates within the technology sector to understand hiring needs and career aspirations.

• Conduct proactive outreach and build relationships through phone calls, networking, and online platforms.

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle — from sourcing and screening candidates to negotiating offers and closing placements.

• Maintain a strong pipeline of potential candidates and business opportunities.

• Collaborate with senior consultants and management to develop client partnerships and deliver exceptional service.
