What you can expect to be working on as a Recruitment Consultant:

• Manage client assignments in a professional and timely manner
• Develop client contact strategies and conduct business development calls
• Self-generate client requirements
• Create and implement a structured sales and business development plan in your market specialism
• Use all resources available to identify potential candidates for specific assignments
• Ensure your performance is in line with agreed targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)
